Although it is a topic often discussed in women’s magazines of healthy aging subjects is as important as the male community. Unlike manual facial exercises can be a useful method to reduce and even reverse the signs of aging.

The face is where our bodies show signs of age more easily than other body parts. The first exercise to the lips and cheeks work. To make use of the lips and cheeks, you have to change cheek about twenty times, that’s forty in total. If you want to close with a little effort you can practice while sucking on each cheek, hold for twenty seconds in total.

A very good exercise for the chin and mouth, which over time may be saggy and wrinkled, is to begin from your lower lip over your lip until you can feel the stretching of the skin under the chin. This exercise should be done regularly to prevent wrinkles around the mouth and chin in three sets of twenty times.

Final exercise in the use of your fingers. The first place your forefinger in your mouth, pull it apart slightly to a certain degree of tension. You then have to tighten your lips a little bit more excitement to maintaining an oval shape with your mouth. With a little effort and a routine from day to day should be possible to effectively fight the signs of aging and a bit younger.
